The daily horse race event.

Hi Just thought you all should know about this.
Level 40 min to participate
Twice a day there's a Horse race event at the following times.
12.20 & 21.20 PST = 05.20 & 20.20 GMT.

open to lvl 40 plus, even foot runners, u get 30 mins, once the race starts, to pass close by to 4 checkpoints in sequential order and - even runnning it can be done.

To enter the race you need to be besides the adventure assistant and the Khatru Pup there are 4 in Archo and one in each starter city Lost, Plume, Ether also Dreamweaver Port and Thousand Streams Cities. At the allotted time select the horse race option the assistant displays, btw it's only at these times that she will display the race option. ok?

The first 100 applicants will be teleported to the race location.
Once there find the start line and wait ten mins for the timer to run down at this point u can click the starting line post (blue Flag) and begin.
Follow the arrows displayed on the ground jumping and running to get to the first checkpoint marked by a big red flag pole brush it and the game will say u've completed the first checkpoint repeat these steps till u find checkpoint 2 , 3 and 4. cross the start/finish line to begin lap 2 then lap 3.

If you'r one of the first five to finish u can open a treasure chest at the start/finish line to get the qualifying ticket for the monthly horse race. the rest of you will recieve the speed badge and 5000 exp and 1000 spirit which btw everyone gets for completion. Then either wait for the race time clock to rundown or trash the event from ur quest log to exit.

Each speed badge is worth 2000 spirit or about 250K on the open market or even save them and ten of them can be traded for 1 power badge. U can exchange the speed badges for spirit or the power badge at the npc Messenger of the Sages @ 552 644 Archo on the 4 way bridge in the centre of Archo.

Good luck:- the race is fun - there are buff and debuff crystals floating in the air and they help or hinder you

Purple Wisp acceleration
Yellow Wisp stun/fainting
White Wisp motion-freezing
Blue Wisp slow down
Blue Crystal random buff
Red Crystal acceleration buff
